Schedule your next party at Carter Community Pool!

Carter Community Pool is a great place for your next party! All parties will be scheduled through our events coordinator. Please email the pool directly to schedule your party. Please be aware, our response may go to your junk folder, so you should always check it. We respond normally within 24 hours. You should also look at the “calendar” under our events tab to check to see if the date that you would like is available. Phone messages will only be checked during pool business hours so parties wishing to book before the season starts should send an email to the address below. A deposit of $75.00 must be paid within 7 days in order to hold the date. You may pay in person during operation hours at the Carter Pool admission gate or you can pay via telephone using a credit card.

Additional Party Information: Price of party is based on number of all swimmers 3 years and up. Optional concession stand rental for all parties is an additional $50.00

Party Rules and Inquiry Form

If you would like to inquire about having a party at Carter Community Pool, please view our party rules and then fill out the form below.

1. Lifeguard(s) is/are in charge at all times. Adults in attendance are expected to assist and cooperate with the lifeguard(s). Repeated warning from the lifeguard will be grounds for ejection from the pool party.

2. Any guests with special health requirements should be brought to the attention of the lifeguard(s) upon arrival.

3. User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Carter Community Pool, its agents, and employees from and against any claims for damages for persons or property arising out of any use of Carter Community Pool and its premises by User. Carter Pool assumes no responsibility for any property placed in or about Carter Pool.

4. No oral agreement for the use of Carter Pool shall be valid. All reservations must be confirmed with a written contract, and approved by Carter Pool.

5. The fees for parties are on attached page. There is a $75.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to reserve the date and time and FINAL BALANCE must be paid before the party begins.

6. Carter Pool will not provide pool toys. Deck activities, games and/or large pool toys must be PRE-APPROVED and finalized by a Carter Pool manager 5 days in advance of the party.

7. User is responsible for the set up and clean up of the facility. Set up time is 15 minutes prior to the party. All swimmers will be asked to exit pool 15 minutes before pool reservation time is over to clean-up. Clean up time shall last 15 minutes after the reserved party time. User agrees to leave premises in as good or better condition than which existed prior to their usage. All trash must be disposed of properly. All decorations must be removed. No confetti or glitter is allowed.

8. Carter Pool shall not permit alcoholic beverages on its premises or in the area surrounding the facility. SMOKING AND/OR VAPING IS NOT PERMITTED ANYWHERE ON THE PREMISES.

9. Management reserves the right to stop or cancel a party at any time.

10. Carter Pool reserves the right to deny rentals. Carter Pool also reserves the right to deny entry to the pool.

    NOTE: All of the above rules and regulations are subject to change at any time.

PARTY PROCEDURES AND REQUIREMENTS

Please review the following party procedures and requirements to ensure that your party goes as smoothly as possible.

1. Pool party hosts may come no more than fifteen (15) minutes before starting time to set up. No confetti or glitter is allowed.

2. Please inform your guests that there is NO PARKING in the driveway at the house next door.

3. No one may enter the water before the Lifeguards have given permission. Swimming starts at a designated time and NOT earlier.

4. All swimmers MUST wear swim wear attire to enter pool.

5. Deck activities, games and/or toys must be PRE-APPROVED and finalized by a manager 5 days in advance of the party.

6. Parents are to supervise their child/children at all times.

7. Disposable diapers are not allowed in the pool. Swim diapers are REQUIRED for all children not potty trained. NO EXCEPTIONS!

8. Children ages 3 and under must be accompanied by an adult in the water.

9. All swimmers will be asked to exit pool 15 minutes before pool reservation time is over to clean-up and gather their belongings.

10. We reserve the right to refuse the pool to anyone who doesn’t conduct themselves in a safe manner or not conform to the pool safety rules we have set here and on the reverse side of this agreement.

11. All pool party attendees must leave the premises within fifteen (15) minutes after the pool party ending time. If you have not cleaned up and exited the pool within the 15 minutes, you will be charged an additional $50.

12. The host will be held accountable for leaving the premises clean. The host is responsible for taking the trash from the party to the dumpster.

13. Any property damage will be the responsibility of the host.

Our pool rules have been set up for your safety and for the well being of you and your guests. Please see that your guests are made aware of these safety rules, as you are ultimately responsible for the actions and the conduct of those you have chosen to attend your party on our premises.

Facility Rental Agreement

• The renter agrees to assume all liability for supervision of activities and the safety of participants for the duration of the rental agreement.

• The renter agrees to abide by all rules and regulations, which are in effect regarding the use of this facility.

• The renter agrees to pay for damages inflicted upon the facility or equipment as a result of use of the facility.

• Every person entering the facility (swimming or not) must pay admission. If the number of guests exceeds the party reservation request, general admission will be charged.

• Carter Pool in conjunction with the local authorities reserves the right to terminate any event if the activities are deemed unlawful or harmful, or if the contract rules and guidelines have been broken.

• Pool Parties During Regular Business Hours: · Party and table reservations may be booked for a maximum of two (2) hours.

• Party guest check-in is required at the pool admission window.

• Birthday reservations may bring in a cake/cupcakes and decorations such as balloons, goodie bags, table decorations, etc. No glitter or confetti please. All decorations must be removed at the conclusion of your party.

• Please bring your own cutting and serving utensils.

• You are required to remove your own trash, including all pizza boxes.
